The Small Print
As with any business there are some common questions and issues we have faced over the years. We would much prefer to avoid these and find a conversation is by far the best way to iron out any unlikely problems. Here is what we have learnt and would like to share...
Mattresses:
Please be advised that due to hygiene reasons once a mattress has been delivered it is non-returnable (unless of course there is a manufacturing issue). We strongly advise you come to the shop and try them out before you decide to purchase
Ex-Display Items:
All ex display items are sold as seen and do not come with a manufacturers warranty. Due to them being an ex-display they will not be in as “as new” condition and any discount applied will reflect the condition at point of purchase.
